Hi, I’m Simone,

I’m a Naturopath based in Bayside, Melbourne, offering consultations both in-person at the Good Health Group Clinic in Brighton East and telehealth for clients across Australia.

My passion for natural health began early in life. As a child, I was constantly unwell — battling ear infections, eczema, allergies, stomach issues, and a heightened sensitivity to chemical smells. These experiences sparked my curiosity about the connection between nutrition and wellbeing.

Though in hindsight it feels like a natural path, I initially pursued what I was academically strong in — Maths and Chemistry — which led me to a career in Chemical Engineering. I spent years working in Research and Development within the processed food industry, where I witnessed firsthand how ingredients were manipulated to increase profit margins and extend shelf life, often at the expense of health. It left a lasting impression and deepened my interest in what we put into our bodies.

When I started my family, I stepped away from the corporate world, but my fascination with nutrition, supplements, and the effects of food on children’s health never stopped. I was constantly researching, questioning labels, and learning everything I could about supporting growing bodies naturally.

It wasn’t until after having my third child, while searching for a new challenge to stimulate my mind, that I officially enrolled to study Nutrition. Not long into my studies, I found myself drawn to the Naturopathy students — envious of their knowledge of herbal medicine and holistic healing. It quickly became clear that this was the path I was meant to follow, so I transferred into a Naturopathy degree and have never looked back.

Today, I feel incredibly grateful to do work I love — helping others restore their health, feel their best, and reconnect with the natural healing potential of their bodies.

My Approach

As a Naturopath, my passion is helping people achieve lasting, vibrant health. With a background in Engineering, Chemistry, Research, and Problem-Solving — combined with my own personal health journey — I bring a unique, analytical, and compassionate approach to natural healthcare.

During your initial consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. I may also recommend a physical assessment and functional pathology testing to uncover underlying imbalances and gain deeper insights into your health picture.

From there, I’ll design a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan tailored specifically to you. This may include a combination of herbal medicine, targeted nutritional supplements, therapeutic diet modifications, and practical lifestyle advice — all focused on supporting your body’s innate ability to heal.
